In the fall, the Eco-School student leaders used a 1 meter by 2 meter bulletin board to display the three major Eco-School themes for the year. For 2025-2026 they are: Biodiversity & Nature, Energy and Waste. Then, as the team organizes activities throughout the year, the students add pictures and information about what has been accomplished in the school.

- Welke tips wil je andere Eco-teams geven over communicatie van jullie Eco-Team?: Make the bulletin board mostly pictures, not words. And make the pictures big. Otherwise people won't pay that much attention.
- Wat was het doel van deze communicatie-actie en wie wilde jullie bereiken?: Through the bulletin board display, students, staff, parents and visitors can all learn about the annual Eco-School goals and accomplishments. Also, it is a way to give credit for the hard work of the student groups, and a way of measuring our progress over the year. Finally, it is a way to keep in mind, on a daily basis, that we are an Eco-School and students have the capacity to make a positive difference.
- Hoe hebben jullie dit georganiseerd/met wie?: This powerful visual, that students pass by each day, is a relatively simple communication to organize. The students simply need to ask an administrator if they can "own" one of the hallway bulletin boards for the year. Then they need to be aware of the goals for the year and remember to take pictures of actions towards those goals.
