The Green Club and the communications office worked closely in tandem to organize this event both relying on each others experience to make sure the event went smoothly. The concierges also assisted acting as the backbone of the ceremony making sure any arrangements not made apparent at an earlier date were dealt with accordingly. The management then worked as the overseer catalyzing any communication.

Divide the tasks between yourselves and make sure you are in contact with the right people who will be able to help you and act as a connection between you and the management.

  • Waarom zijn jullie hier trots op?: This was an opportunity for the new and rejuvenated Green Club to spread its wings and test out its planning and other such capabilities. This event still serves as a great source of pride to many members today and serves as a building stone for all further events.
